  • Bathroom shower — new 900mm × 900mm frameless/semi-frameless shower enclosure, base and fixtures; replace exhaust fan
  • Bathroom vanity — new 910mm W × 450mm D × 850mm H vanity, integrated basin, stone countertop, chrome tapware; full-width mirror
  • Main bathroom — new floor tiles, new ceiling light and exhaust fan (vented to exterior)
  • Downstairs toilet — new flooring, new IP-rated ceiling light fitting
  • Laundry — check washing machine taps and waste, 2× floating shelves, replace ceiling light

Lounge room & bedrooms

  • Lounge room — 2× ceiling fans with integrated lights, install blinds to window
  • Main bedroom — replace ceiling fan and light, install roller blind to window
  • Bedroom 2 — supply and install ceiling fan with integrated light
  • Repaint walls and ceilings throughout (where required)
